Watamula information
Watamula, Westpunt
Rocky north-west coastlne. Not inhabited. There is a big hole in the rocks at Watamula. The bottom of this hole is connected to the sea. The force of the waves, blows the air through the hole in and out. It sounds as if Curacao is breathing through this hole here. Watamula is therefore called "the breath of Curaçao".
May be dangerous during night time. It's said that drug smugglers use the small bays to bring drugs to shore.
